Hi All :)

My name is Amy. I live in rural Australia. I’m female (she/her) born in the 90’s, with three kids, ranging from a pre-teen to infant. I am married to my husband (he/him) Jake. We got together in our mid 20’s and married a few years later. He is the biological father to our youngest. My middle child’s father is in the picture and we have a tolerable co-parenting relationship. My oldest was conceived when i was underage from a emotionally and verbally abusive relationship. Which is the bases of my trauma and many of my stories.

I honestly don’t know where i would be in life without my family. My childern have always been my one constant protective factor, preventing successful suicide. My husband is learning to manage my episodes but its a long road. He helps me daily with my ASD overloads and meltdowns. Although he isn’t perfect, we are traveling this journey together and learning everyday.

The pictures on my page are all taken by myself and husband. We enjoy camping, 4WDing and exploring. I find this peaceful and relaxing. Being away from the world, other people, and social interactions. Its where i can be myself, no masking, and no pretending. I have a particular interest in collection random rocks and sticks.

Many times during a meltdown or episode, i tend to write down my feelings or situation in a story-like setting. Generally from a third person perspective. I wanted a safe place to document these stories and my life struggles with mental health and general life problems.
